My favorite? Well I think it would be Dr. Stephen Covey at present, but he really isn't a non-spiritual leader.

Leadership always carries a spiritual dimension - leading a person implies leading the whole person; spirit soul and body.

I would encourage you to check out John Maxwell's "Developing the Leader within You" (99% sure that is the official title). All is stuff is about leadership and writes from a Christian worldview.

Peter Drucker, little know mentor to Rick Warren, was one of the greatest thinkers when it came to organizational behavior and leadership in the 20th century. He has very good stuff.
